Meetings at the centre of communication
Are you looking for somewhere unusual to hold your meeting in Bern, at a location where communication plays a central role? Our inspiring environment at the heart of the history and theory of communication will hopefully contribute to a successful outcome. The study area in the second basement provides a space for meetings and workshops for up to 20 persons. Besides the conference room itself, the package includes the technical equipment, museum admission and snacks. The space is available to rent during museum opening hours for either half days or full days.

Bookings are possible from Tuesday to Friday.
Number of participants: 20 max.
Technical equipment: projector, WiFi, flip chart
Catering half-day: Nespresso coffee, water, a fruit basket, chocolates
Catering full-day: Nespresso coffee, water, a fruit basket, chocolates + sandwiches for lunch
Preise
Room rental (incl. technical equipment) half day (9 am – 1 pm or 1 – 5 pm) CHF 400.-
Room rental (incl. technical equipment) full day (9 am – 5 pm) CHF 600.-
Museum admission Adults CHF 18.00 per person
Museum admission Groups of 10 persons or more CHF 12.00 per person
Catering for the half day CHF 13.00 per person
Catering for the full day CHF 30.00 per person
