A barrier-free museum

The Museum of Communication has actively promoted inclusion for many years and proudly carries the “Culture Inclusive” label. Detailed information on accessibility for people with visual, mobility or hearing impairments can be found on the Procap website or on Ginto.

Our exhibition communicators will be happy to assist you on your unaccompanied visit. You might find it helpful to prepare your visit by taking a virtual tour of the Museum first.

We appreciate the differences, needs and contributions of our diverse staff and visitors. Wherever possible, we strive to eliminate obstacles and provide access to everyone. We are constantly evolving, uncovering blind spots and finding new perspectives.
